About Us
Being based in Mauritius, our company draws inspiration from the island’s environment such as the surrounding coral reef. The coral reef represents a community of life that lives and thrives in one location, providing for and protecting its inhabitants. ReMerge takes elements and influences from this natural phenomenon and includes them in the evolution of our developments and projects, creating long term sustainable environments within which to live.
ReMerge has an extensive network of professional consultants and contractors with whom we work throughout Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands. Having had in-depth experience across many facets of the property cycle, ReMerge can manage the full development process from inception through to completion, or fulfil a specific role within the project lifecycle such as a project management, or act as the client’s representative ensuring that the client’s best interests and aspirations are achieved.
Tim has over 30 years of experience in the international property industry encompassing the architectural, property development and asset management sectors.
Tim is an associate member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors, was a founder ex member and director of the Mauritius Real Estate Institute and South African Chamber of Commerce Mauritius and an ex member of the South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA). He has delivered many high value projects across Southern & Central Africa, Oman, Mauritius and the UK. Tim is a creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to identify new opportunities and close complex deals.
ReMerge’s other key individuals include additional Project Managers and a team of Financial Managers.
Our Project Managers come from diverse backgrounds, such as Quantity Surveying, Construction Management and structural and Civil Engineering.
The combination of experience of the Senior Management Team, and hands-on Project Managers ensure that the client has a delivery team of people
who understand all facets of the development lifecycle and add immerse value to the project.
