Through knowledge and experience and deep understanding of the digital built environment and processes, we understand the African and Mauritian landscape and help businesses and projects to accelerate digital output and strengthen growth. Digitisation of projects can be extremely useful for our clients and project teams. The digital built environment is a crucial first step in the conceptual examination and analysis of site wide design opportunities and constraints. ReMerge BIM consulting services can help consult clients on digital surveys to overlay development opportunities for their projects. Correctly managed information of project data both graphical and non-graphical can help with managing project constraints, forecasting and construction procurement.

This process can also assist with accurate handover project information for operation and maintenance.

Dylan Bodenstein
Dylan has worked in the property and construction industry for over 20 years gaining a wealth of experience in all forms of property development, project and construction management, including delivering complex projects within tight deadlines. Dylan has been involved in all facets of the development lifecycle, including initial pre-planning and feasibility studies, programming, cost control, procurement and final delivery to agreed timescales and budgets.
Vaughan Harris
Vaughan (aka ‘The Baron of BIM’) has 30 years of experience, 8 devoted to building information modelling, he is recognised as a leader and achiever in digital transformation on many iconic projects within Africa and neighbouring countries. Vaughan’s skills are tuned to the leadership, management and experience in building information modelling through the supply chain and academia.
Arshill Mosaheb
Arshill has vast international experience in various fields, including Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Procurement, Logistics and Commercial Management. He is accredited with the following professional institutions; Chartered Surveyor of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession.

John has extensive experience in Construction Management, specializing in quality control, health & safety, contract & site management, technical support and reporting. John has worked for multi-national companies, delivering complex, large scale projects in the UK and Mauritius.

We combine the abilities of our core team’s expertise from their graduate fields of contracts management, civil engineering and cost management, in capable and efficient teams to meet the requirements of our clients. Our employees are multilingual and have gathered experience and special skills in numerous national and international projects.

Our Project Managers come from diverse backgrounds, such as Quantity Surveying, Construction Management and Civil Engineering.

We provide overall development management expertise from inception to completion including concept initiation, master-planning, feasibility studies, appointment of consultants, design overview, construction overview as well as financial management.

We act as the client’s representative from an oversight perspective, on the deliverables, quality, and financial status of the project, offering insight and guidance to the client.
